One Hour Orange Theory this morning. 4,000 steps at lunch time, leg day tonight if I can get out of work early enough.

5 mile walk this morning with the dogs!  5 weeks out and need to get moving now that the weather will allow it!

OK, I need to ask because I'm not sure if Google is telling me what this Orange Theory that you're doing is.  Is it a place you go or is it a workout at home?

60 minutes 3.5 mph incline 4 on the treadmill. Squats 15 x3 sets; push ups 15 x3 sets

I did 40 min on the elliptical at crossramp 10 resistance between 4 and 9, then half a yoga class (had to leave early), then came home and did this with my medicine ball and a kettlebell. 


50 triceps lift
50 cross knee lift
25 Squats
200 Around the world
Biceps lift one arm 50/25 each arm

About to hit 10k on the fitbit.  I'm mildly annoyed bc I would have hit it already but it switched to sleep mode for 30 minutes while I was running errands. 

VSG on 1/28/14

M1 -24 lbs  M2 -11  M3 -14 M4 -6 lb(total loss:  55)

HW:  297  SW:  279 CW:  224

Whoo Hoo just tried the planking. I could do it well kind of; with alot of arm shaking and grinning and bearing it.  Thanks!

Mine you I already ran for 30 mins (just under three miles) today and did 60 mins of weight training at the gym and 48 squats. :-)

  Dr Ponce de Leon Mexico     VSG 4 Jun 12. I lost 57 lbs on my own before having a VSG. This is by far the best thing I have ever done for myself.
