D: UGH don't know yet. Forgot to take my chicken out to defrost. Maybe a spaghetti squash/turkey sausage combo

I didn't have much of an appetite yesterday. For dinner I had 2 ounces of steak and some zucchini. I think I was too ambitious with the veggies. I battled foamies for awhile and then very abruptly vomited. I think I was afraid of real food while I had places to be today.

Im hoping Before the end of the summer to try to be able to do the 5k color run.... Im so excited... Ive never done anything like that before !!! I cant wait!!!

Went (a little) off the rails this weekend because we were out of town. No exercise besides what I tracked on the fitbit, so today I'm refocusing.

L: 1/2 a quest bar (I know. But I needed a quick source of protein during my errand day and didn't plan well. Quest bars aren't a trigger or anything for me, I barely tolerate them. Oh yeah bars, on the other hand....), about a third of a cup of quinoa taboulleh
S: doppio espresso with heavy cream, 1.6 ounces ham
D: making chicken tortilla soup for the family, so I'll make a side of beans and maybe heat up some kalua pork for myself.
W: 5 cups, seems slow
V: working on it
E: making up for lost time....spin class, then 20 min each elliptical and rowing machine, then strength for about 40 minutes
