Happy Tuesday peeps!

B: HB egg and half a slice of leftover Easter ham

L: spicy Korean beef stir fry mixed with stir fry cabbage...did not miss the rice!

S: a few TJ's dark chocolate covered almonds...like maybe 5

D: UGH don't know yet.  Forgot to take my chicken out to defrost.  Maybe a spaghetti squash/turkey sausage combo

Fluid: ok

X: another cardio circuit tonight!

Breakfast - mustard crusted flank steak and roasted cauliflower

Lunch - crock pot balsamic chicken - yum  and cucumber salad

Dinner - meat loaf with cheddar and a little catsup - a splurge!

vitamins - done

exercise - recumbent bike  - soon

I didn't have much of an appetite yesterday. For dinner I had 2 ounces of steak and some zucchini. I think I was too ambitious with the veggies. I battled foamies for awhile and then very abruptly vomited. I think I was afraid of real food while I had places to be today. 

B- premier protein shake

L- quest bar

D-2 oz steak and maybe 1 zucchini slice

S- yogurt or P3 pack depending on how hungry I   

W-good

V-good

E- walk and 10 flights of stairs

Im hoping Before the end of the summer to try to be able to do the 5k color run.... Im so excited... Ive never done anything like that before !!! I cant wait!!!

B.  orange cream Greek yogurt 3 oz. yummy

L. creamy tomato soup..3 oz.

S. sf chocolate pudding 3oz...

D. cream of chicken soup with some parmasean cheese on top .. about 3 oz.

 

water... not so good today but im picking it up 1/2 in

Went (a little) off the rails this weekend because we were out of town.  No exercise besides what I tracked on the fitbit, so today I'm refocusing.  

B:  1 scoop click, almond milk, SF speculoos and hazelnut Torani

L:  1/2 a quest bar (I know.  But I needed a quick source of protein during my errand day and didn't plan well.  Quest bars aren't a trigger or anything for me, I barely tolerate them.  Oh yeah bars, on the other hand....), about a third of a cup of quinoa taboulleh

S: doppio espresso with heavy cream, 1.6 ounces ham

D:  making chicken tortilla soup for the family, so I'll make a side of beans and maybe heat up some kalua pork for myself.  

W:  5 cups, seems slow

V:  working on it

E:  making up for lost time....spin class, then 20 min each elliptical and rowing machine, then strength for about 40 minutes

L: 1 Turkey Jerky with 3 Finn Crisps and 1 laughing cow cheese slice

S: 9 pecan halves and 1 honey mustard pringles potato chip

D: 3 oz. of brisket with a bite of coleslaw and some homemade bbq sauce (made with vinegar, catsup, unsweetened applesauce, and blackstrap molasses)
