still working on changing my diet to lower my LDL cholesterol . . . PCP says I have to do it via diet and exercise or she'll put me on drugs. DNW!
early morning snack: hazelnut mocha Chike protein shake
breakfast: steel cut oats with oat bran and almond butter stirred in
mid morning snack: Chobani simply 100 pineapple yogurt
lunch: BBQ pulled chicken breast, brussels sprouts
afternoon snack: peppermint protein hot chocolate
dinner: scallops, kale/quinoa/sweet potato pilaf
after dinner snack: cherries
exercise: walking & low impact aerobics, 50 minutes total, done
vitamins & water: on track
Aw, what's up with that? I thought losing weight was supposed to cure all of our cholesterol problems :( I'm sorry.

Lunch - crock pot chicken salsa verde and broccoli slaw
Dinner - hamburger and mixed veggies

E: way behind the past few weeks. Traveling a lot and working really long hours. Will get back on track when I get home next week. Will be home for a few weeks so will have tome for the gym.
