I don't know entirely what I'm eating yet, but I figured I'd get the topic going since it's noon EST :D  We're having friends over today and will be grilling.  Like real Americans ;)  I'll update with my meals in a moment.. once I figure them out.  

1: frankenshake
2: leftover sushi
3: grilled burgers, grilled chicken kebabs, potato salad, balsamic zucchini - I'll just have a few pieces of chicken and then a bite of the sides.
4: froyo protein popsicle

water and vites: on track
exercise: rest day!

I'm so glad that I decided to come to my parents house this weekend.  It is so nice and peaceful and calm.  Considering that I am changing jobs andl ikely moving in. The next couple of months, calm is very helpful right now!

s - Greek yogurt & bluberries

l - crustless quiche, sweet potatoes & Brussels sprouts ( I am a creature if habit)

s - nothing or some protein

d - Korean BBQ!

s - cottage cheese & blackberries

e - 5 mile hilly run 52 m. -- outside by the reservoir & dam so beautiful!

w - on track.  I can tell I'm dehydrated from so much vale and a couple of days of poor food choices.

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch - hamburger and cheddar cheese

Dinner - Chicken Florentine

vitamins - done

water - ok

exercise - chasing the grandchildren at the playground!  hehehe - its the best!
