I don't know entirely what I'm eating yet, but I figured I'd get the topic going since it's noon EST :D We're having friends over today and will be grilling. Like real Americans ;) I'll update with my meals in a moment.. once I figure them out.
1: frankenshake
2: leftover sushi
3: grilled burgers, grilled chicken kebabs, potato salad, balsamic zucchini - I'll just have a few pieces of chicken and then a bite of the sides.
4: froyo protein popsicle

exercise: rest day!

I'm so glad that I decided to come to my parents house this weekend. It is so nice and peaceful and calm. Considering that I am changing jobs andl ikely moving in. The next couple of months, calm is very helpful right now!
