Yay Friday! This is my hard day for exercise - tai chi, pilates, and cardio. I'm pooped today! I'm also totally ready for the weekend of rest days.

exercise: 60 minutes Tai Chi, 60 minutes pilates, 65 minutes on the treadmill at 1% incline for a total of 3.2 miles.

i just got to my parents house for the weekend. I'm excited to catch up on sleep and cuddle their doggies. My food was a bit off today because I was so crunched for time with trying to get my workout in before the airport.
