Yay Friday!  This is my hard day for exercise - tai chi, pilates, and cardio.  I'm pooped today!  I'm also totally ready for the weekend of rest days.  

1: frankenshake
2: greek chicken salad
3: greek chicken salad
4: yogurt parmesan baked chicken w/ oregano roasted beets with garlic scapes

water and vites: on track
exercise: 60 minutes Tai Chi, 60 minutes pilates, 65 minutes on the treadmill at 1% incline for a total of 3.2 miles.

D:  don't know yet.  Maybe baked Tilapia.  I am still on mushy/soft foods

Water: not enough yet

Vit: don't start to week 5 according to Dr., but took D3

Exercise:  walking around a little this evening.  3rd day back to work and trying to not tire myself out too much.

Happy Friday!  I am on vacation- yesterday was my 3 year anniversary- so I am doing my best with food but it's always hard on vacation. 

B- slept in, just a cup of coffee

L- hamburger and a few fries

S- quest bar

D- chicken breast

S- probably a yogurt

Nice work out Gwen!

i just got to my parents house for the weekend.  I'm excited to catch up on sleep and cuddle their doggies.  My food was a bit off today because I was so crunched for time with trying to get my workout in before the airport.  

B - chike

s - ham and cheese slice roll up

l - big train frappe & airplane peanuts

s - frozen Greek yogurt. W/ blueberries ( I expected the yogurt to thaw by the time I got to it on the plane, but it didn't)

d - kielbasa and roasted broccoli

s - Greek yogurt and blueberries

e - ripped class (sounds hard than it was or I'm in wicked good shape - maybe both) and yoga

w - on track

v - soon - missed the last couple of days

exercise - done
