Gas

I've transitioned into soft foods and haven't had the easiest time. There have definitely been foods that have made me gassier than others. (TMI, I know.) I'm thinking to take a step back and do half-soft foods, half-purees. Anyone else had to do this?

When you transitioned, did you add foods you hadn't been eating before?  It seems more likely to me that a specific food would be causing the gas, not the consistency of food.

I use beano melt-a-ways.  you take them before the food that gives you gas....seems to help.
