After taking a couple of days off because I was feeling a bit worn out I was right back in the saddle again for a 1 hour Orange Theory class. It was a good class, just short of 600 calories burned.

30 minutes of combined weights & pilates followed by 30+ minutes of low impact aerobics. It feels good to get back in the exercise habit!

I ran 6 miles on a gravel path at lunch!  Running on gravel is way harder than the treadmill or road, so my time was little slower than it has been lately, but I got in a great sweat!

I'm heading to yoga after work to get in a good stretch!

Your doing GREAT! Having surgery on Wed. and am glad to know walking this much may be possible. I have been walking two miles a day so far and hope to keep somewhat active after surgery.Keep up the great job.

My running buddy bailed on me this morning for our 5 mile run, so I got out there on my own and ran 7 miles in 60 minutes flat. I had to make him feel like a slacker for our run on Wednesday.

Did an hour of skate practice tonight. Working on back crossovers, it is a lot harder than it looks, but I will conquer them. I need to do some balance work to help. My coach gave me homework, so I bought the resistance band so I can practice leaning into the circle.
