Hi all! I had my second outside run today and it kicked my butt. I'm proving to myself the importance of sleep right now. (By not getting enough!)

3: spicy beef and bell pepper stir fry w/ rice for the guys
water and vites: on track
exercise: outside run for 51:55 minutes and 2.39 miles, 30 minutes yoga - intermediate stretches for runners

Gwen - you have had a busy weekend. Good job getting the run in! I know when I take it outside my time always is a bit slower.
I killed it on the treadmill today. I'm in awe. When I was a multi-season collegiate athlete 3 10 minute miles together was killer. Today I put together 4 8:35 minute miles! Insane!

post workout snack: Fage plain Greek yogurt w/ sliced 1/3 banana & PB2
lunch: huevos rancheros (refried beans + melted cheese + poached egg)
afternoon snack: turkey jerky
dinner: probably scrambled eggs w/ sardines; roast broccoli
after dinner snacks: hot pumpkin spice latte protein shake, fresh mixed berries
water & vitamins: on track
exercise: 20 minute walk + 45 minutes aerobics
