Yummy Protein Coffee... just sharing my recipe
I am a very particular person when it comes to protein drinks. I do not like many. So here is my new found favorite. I want to share with others, because it is very low cost compared to others.
Designer whey (GNC 15.99) Chocolate 1 scoop, put in blender bottle with coffee, milk, one sugar substitute, I use splenda or equal, add 1 oz of chocolate flavored coffee syrup, I use torani brand. Give it a shake and enjoy it warm or cold. I prefer it warm, it tastes like you stired hot chocolate mix into your coffee.
I was a huge fan of Designer Whey too before I was introduced to Whey Gourmet. It is, hands down, the best tasting protein powder I have tried. I buy mine at either bariatriceating.com or netrition.com.

Thanks for sharing, GW!
This sound good, I will have to try it. I love my protein warm!
I make protein coffee but mine is quite boring. Just basic...mixing protein powder w/water and then mix into some already brewed coffee. Told you it was boring
I'm going to have to try that protein powder, too. I am currently using Body Fortress (Vanilla) and I'm not a fan of it really. Funds wouldn't allow my normal supps (gotta love the holiday season, eh?). I do agree with the Whey Gourmet though, I think it's yummy!

I use the GNC blender bottle, that has a metal wisk ball in the bottom. It is the best blender bottle I have found, but I think I paid like 8.99 for it. Still well worth it because I get no clumps of protein powder. Yes the Torani syrup is SF, I get it from a coffee shop.. I wish I could find the pump for it. I also use vanilla protein powder and hazelnut SF syrup but I like the chocolate better.
