So tired of not losing my "girls"

I went to my 6 month post-op appt. and Dr. Davis said, " Look at you, you are losing everywhere, except your breasts." Now, normally if someone else said this I would take offense, but I have a great rapport with my surgeon and he was trying to be funny. He is exactly right though. I have lost so much weight, but none in my chest. I wear a 38 H !!! Yes, I said H! I have about 50 more lbs to goal. Do you think each boob weighs 25 lbs?  I guess I am headed for a reduction, anyone out there had a reduction? Thanks! Rachel

That was one of the things I was worried about - losing my girls!!  I started out at 46G I've now lost 100lbs and am 36G - I love my girls - now they need uplifting, or woudl do serious damage in a high gale, but not a reduction - I'm keeping these puppies (of great danes maybe hehe).

Hi Rachel!  I am so scared of the same thing!  I wear 42DDD and I have lost 50 pounds and none in the boobs!!!!  Please let me know what you decide to do!  I was going to have a reduction instead of surgery and then I decided to have gb surgery and I thought for sure the boobs would be the first to go.  Yikes!!!!!! God Bless!

Hi Christy!  I have heard that in some people ... the boobs are the last thing to go as opposed to the first. However, if I do the math ... I have lost 155 lbs so far. I have 50 to goal. 15-20 lbs. of that is excess skin. So, my boobs must be that extra 30? Doubtful. I think I will end up with a reduction in the end. They hurt so bad on my smaller frame now. I PRAY to GOD you lose some up top, unlike me! I will keep my fingers crossed for you.  Rachel

Thanks Rachel!  I will pray you don't have to have any more surgery! I have 95 pounds more to lose so I will pray they are going to go at any time!!  I will not miss them at all!!! Best wishes to you! God Bless!
