I carry a lot of my leg weight on the insides of my legs. When I walk a lot the inside of my legs get chaffed. Does anyone have any ideas on how to help prevent this.

My son runs cross country... his cold told him about a Monostate chaffing cream.  he said it works well!

Breck (Brand) For Baby Liquid Baby Powder w/ cornstarch You can find it at Everythings a Dollar / Dollar General / The Dollar Store... one of those in the baby section.  It is wonderful.  You can put it under breast also... let dry and it keeps you cool and dry. And it only costs $1.00

I've heard some folks like "Gold Bond" powder for that kind of problem.

If it feels good, do it!  And if it smells good, eat it!

Bandaid makes a product  in a green case that looks like a deodorant stick only smaller.  It's great.  I use it for chaffing, and blisters when I get new shoes or sandals.  I found it in our local drug store. L.

I use a little Balmex at night and usually by morning, all is well.  Even have used it under the "sagging ladies" and the crease where the belly skin is starting to sag.  Helps block out the mositure (should, its normal use is for babies butts...lol).   I have found it really works great.

I swear by Gold Bond powder, though some of the other suggesions here sound promising. Connie
