Help! I am now lactose intolerant, Need ideas, Please!

Thanks for letting me know where to find the yogurt. I did buy the lactaid milk but haven't tried it yet. I'm letting my tummy calm down a little. I will add you to my friends list and let you know..Debbie

I actually prefer soy milk and soy porducts in general excpet for my cheeses! But for the soy milk I buy a kind a walmart that is vanilla soy its cheaper than the silk. My daughter she is 4 and never has liked cows milk not that she is really intolerant of it she just loves soy milk but its healthy so I don't complain lol.

Thank you Jessica, I am going to wally world today and will pick some up. I love my protein drink for breakfast, it gets my protein started for the day and it really helps keep me full for quite some time...Debbie

I'm not sure how long it took for me to get over the lactose intolerance.  I used the Lactaid milk for several months, then slowly tried things one at a time and now I'm fine.  Yogurt was the hardest thing for me when I was intolerant, I didn't try that for several months.
