Well, I have lost a total of 175 lbs (106 since surgery) and am finding that shapewear may be a good idea, and may help me look better in my clothes.  If you currently use shapewear, could you please tell me what brand you use and why?

I would really appreciate it :)

I haven't bought one yet but it looks like it will work well I saw it one night when I was up and couldn't sleep.  Congrats on your weight loss!

I have bought the brand that Target sells. I believe they are called Access.  I bought they because I saw a post that compared them to Spanx but they were much cheaper.  They were the first piece of shapewear that I can remember ever buying and I was pleased with them

Hi Kara!

Amazing loss, congratulations!!

While I have yet to have surgery I do wear shapewear. I feel more comfortable as I have some extra skin from previous dieting.

My fav is Dr Rey's Shapewear, the High Waist step in It was about 35$ at sears, I have seen his products on HSN too. I like this one because it stretches nice and yet hold me in. I can't wear something that feels like its strangling me all day. Yet I need firm support to smooth the rolls.

Do let me know what you find works for you, as I fully expect to lose a lot of weight after surgery , and my physician has allready told me I will need lower lift.

Some have bounce back skin and I think I am one who does not.

I actually use the one that a previous poster mentioned on the UbuyEZ site. It's called Kymaro. I've purchased all mine on ebay. I love the top because you can wear your own bra with it. I'm bigger on top so it is hard for me to find a full body shaper that fits my bra size and my hips. I actually have the shorts too, but I haven't worn them as my biggest concern is my flabby middle gut.

Good Luck!

There are a lot of people here who swear by Dr. Rey shapewear. I buy Assets from Target...love it...and it's very inexpensive.

Lipo in a box - hold up well, super comfy, look great and do not roll down!  I have tried many brands, including Spanx and the Target version of Spanx.  I like the LIAB better because the seams are in better places and do not pull apart, EVER!

hi!
I wear Lipo In A box.  It's so comfortable and the only seams are on the side of the legs. I even wear mine to yoga! I've tried Spanx but it didnt last long enough for the price!
