The only time I go to Mickey D's post op is for a piece of grilled chicken.  If you order just a piece of chicken from the salad they only charge $1.  It makes a great piece of protein on the run.

I love their iced tea, I add Splenda and a packet of True Lemon and it is FANTASTIC!!!  This past Friday I was out all day for BLS training and didn't take time to pack lunch....so i got a Quarter Pounder with cheese only, took away all of the bun and ate the meat and cheese.  Took my tea back to class with me to sip on for the rest of the day.  Well within about an hour, I felt like crap.  I honestly believe I was having a mild to moderate dumping issue.

Needless to say......I found out I really do not miss Mickey D's food.  I will be sticking with iced tea only.

I didn't gain my excess weight from McDonald's , so it's not a trigger for me . I will either get a burger kids meal , with apples instead of fries . Or , i'll eat a couple fries & give the rest to the munchkins . I only eat 1/2 of the bread of the burger . I also love their sugar free vanilla iced coffee . Yum . On a real rare occasion (twice since RNY) I've gotten the sausage Mcmuffin w/egg minus 1/2 the bread .
Like I said , it's never been a trigger , so I am fine with going there . My triggers have always been sugar related . Like you , I don't do soda or Big Mac's. I could never do a Big Mac justice . My pouch would burst 1/2 way through , i'm sure . lol .
