Roasted Edamame

I recently discovered this and I love it. It has 14 grams of protein in 1/4 cup. It is crunchy, lightly salty, and filling. It is one of those little things to carry around in case you find yourself very hungry outside of the house with no good choices in the vincinity. I found it at Costco but have heard it can be purchased at Trader Joe's as well.

What area at Costco can it be found?  Is it in a bag?  Do you remember how much it runs?
Thanks for the tips.

It was in the front of the store in the area where the nuts and snacks are sold. It is is a big plastic tub with a screw top. I don't remember how much it was - probably between $15 to $20.

I've use the dry roasted edamame for over a year for snacks. The have the edamame I like shipped to me. I've tried those from Costco, made by Seapoint Farms. This brand tends to turn to a powder and be mushy when eaten. The brand I like has a better flavor, better texture, and does not turn to a powdery mush when chewed. I've shared the one I prefer with members of my post op groups. Those that have tried the Seapoint Farms (from Amazon, Costco, Big Lots, etc., in varying package configurations), say that they like the brand I use much better. I talk about this dried edamame on my profile page, in blogs, and my profile story, along with a host of protein rich suggestions for post ops. DAVE

Is there are a reason you don't say what brand in your post?
Whatever you do is it truthful, necessary and kind?

It is because he is selling it and marketing his own "brand"

Alighty then. I like the Seapoint Farms ones myself, and Big Lots works fine for me
