What to do????? I just cant afford all these chewable supplements!

I have been using the BA chewies and Vit D gummies.....I buy Centrum Multi chewables at CVS (these arent the problem) its the the CA and D...Its getting to be so so expensive...What can I do??? I havent swallowed pills yet. Anyone have suggestions?

I hear ya.

You can take capsules - they are usually less expensive.

It does not have to be more expensive to eat well. If you see my profile one section has low cost recipes for very healthy food.

check with your surgeon...mine allowed me to take pills when I got home. I used all the chewables i had and then switched to regular pills. Ask yours when you can...it cannot hurt.
and yes your food bill has dropped. it is not even worth it for me to eat out anymore. I only do it rarely to socialize... not for enjoyment. That will come later and that is when i get to goal.

I totally understand where your coming fomr we have 5 ppl on one salary and people told me oh the grocery bill goes down but not when i have 4 other ppl to feed. I can't afford to spend more than i need to or i am in truoble my surgeron told me 2 months i could start pills and i am just counting it down. I have head capsules go down better also.

Try the Citracal Petites. But before ask your Dr. mine said we could use them, just make sure you take enough. They are actually pretty small.

They are huge for petites, but have you seen the normal size? once I bought them on accident and a horse would have a hard time getting them down ! so you are right it is all perspective.
