After a restless night of no sleep and weird, vivid dreams, I worked at my parents' house today. Afterwards, Hubs and I visited with a friend who had her thighs done yesterday. She is an amazing woman; she was already walking out to the end of her driveway and she looks fabulous. She is so funny; she said she could either remodel her kitchen or remodel herself; and she choose herself. This is probably her final PS, and I'm so happy for her ; and I dream of the day I can get my batwings removed (maybe more).
That's it for me tonight! It's swimtime again! Muah!
Here's what I ate today:
Breakfast: 1-Crystal Light & Vanilla Protein Shake, 1-2% Cracker Barrel Cheddar Cheese Stick
Snack: 1 Apple, 2-Tbsp. Peanut Butter
Late Lunch: 1/2 Cup Sausage, 3-Small Figs
Snack: 1/2 McDonald's Angus Burger (No Bread), 2-Pickle Slices, 2-Rings Of Onion, 1 Tsp. Mustard & Ketchup
Supper: 8-Grilled Shrimp, 1/4 Cup Shrimp, 1/8 Cup Bleu Cheese, 1/8 Cup Cashews, 2-Tbsp. Lite Dressing, 1-Tsp. ****tail Sauce
Late Snack (Will Have): 3/4 Cup Orange Fage Fluff And A Little Go Lean Crunch
Water: 6 Down, 2 To Go (16.9 Oz. Bottles...Now Averaging EIGHT Per Day) + 1/2 Bottle Isopure + 1-K20 Protein Stick
Proteins: On Target And Above (Target Goal: 68-86 Per Nutritionist's Recommendation)
Exercise: 100 Laps Swimming (Maybe More), Lots Of Walking
B - Carnation Instant Breakfast smoothie with powdered multivitamin
Snack - Protein Bullet which is 3oz and 45 grams of Protein
L - 1 package of instant Grits (I know, unusual for breakfast, but...)
Snack - 1 cup Progresso Light Southwestern Vegetable Soup blended (so there's no chunks)
D - 4 oz of (mashed) cottage cheese
Snack - 5.5 oz of V8 Juice Light Sodium and later sugar free chocolate pudding
48 oz of water
So glad to have something else besides jello, tea, broth & popsicles!
Total Calories = 610
Fat Calories = 8.5
Protein = 70
Carbohydrate = 71
Went to the pool with my girlies for a bit today - possibly our last visit of the season, unless the weather forecast changes. Tonight, we went to parent's orientation for my 1st-grader - still having a hard time with that! The kids start school on Thursday - it seems like it will be a good year. My only complaint right now is I have a bunch of stuff to do tomorrow, and I'm feeling yucky & fevery tonight - hopefully, that will be gone tomorrow.
B: an egg with cheese on half of an English muffin
L: 2 shredded beef taquitos with salsa and cheese
D: at Chili's - some queso & 3 tortilla chips, mostly the innards and a little bit of one shell from chicken tacos, a few bites of corn, a few bites of apples, a few bites of red velvet cake

Today was a very... anxious day. I met with my lawyer about my SSDI... It's sad that a for-profit insurance company approves my disability while the gov't (non-profit) doesn't. So needless to say I've had 3 panic attacks already today. Fun times.
B: 2 Eggs (and 2 eggs came back up... got love panic attacks)
S: Water (and water came back up)
L: Too nauseous for anything

B: 1 scrambled egg
S: 1 cup popcorn
L: 1/2 c broccolli soup and 1/2 of a 1/2 turkey sandwich at applebees (best broc soup around!)
S: (this is soooo bad) We stopped at Chevy's after shopping and ate chips, salsa and guacamole, I got SO SICK!! I know better, just ate too much. Was nauseous all the way home. I won't be doing THAT again! Then got the shakes really really bad, until dinner.
D: 1/4 cup egg salad on 3 pita crackers.
Don't know if the shakes is from not enough protein, or too much Iced Tea (caffiene) or part of dumping from the stupid chips at Chevys, whatever it was I DON'T want to experience that again. :)

oh, and I had a protein drink early this morning.
I'm having trouble knowing when I'm full, so I have to measure everything or I eat too much and get sick. And I eat too fast and get sick. But I'm learning.
