Cold medicine?

I use mucinex D it is not prescription, I have asthma and it keeps my chest clear, and drains my sinuses.  I was thinking there is a high alcohol content in nyquil also.  The alcohol will absorvb  very fast into your intestines.  Might want to call your doc, or ask a pharmacy tech.

 I was worried about the alcohol content as well!  Just put in a call to the surgeon to see what he recommends....
