Help....swallowed gum

My surgeon's PA said since I'm almost 5 months post op my pouch has probably stretched enough that I shouldn't have any problems.  She said if I had only been a month or two after surgery, it could have caused a problem.  Of course she said push the liquids.  No problems so I'm good.  Believe me I'll be more careful in the future.
