Hello all,
Happy New Year!

I am really struggling with some of my vitamins.

What do you all recommend as the best tasting CHEWABLE multivitamin and Calcium Citrate CHEWABLE?

Thanks!

Get samples.  All of the major bariatric companies will send them if you send them an email.

I suggest you get samples of some different brands to see what you like.  Both Bariatric Advantage and Celebrate will send you free samples, and both are excellent vitamins.

Im taking the flinstones complete chewable which isnt bad, 2 of those a day, and the calcium citrate, I get from GNC, its a big olive green bottom and has vit D in it, which we need, its a big chewable wafer in cherry flavor, I like it alot and it doesnt leave a chalky or gritty gerdue in my mouth.

I use the Centrum chewables. I just hate multivits! They all taste terrible to me. Just a necessary evil!!

Now for the calcium, I am using the liquid citrate from GNC. Tiny amount really since I split it up in 2 doses. "tropical" flavor. Not too bad...really.

I use the Bariatric Advantage chewable calcium citrate lozenges, I think the Cherry is actually really good.  I also use their chewable multivitamin and it's not too bad.

Seasons Greetings,

I take MIRACLE 2000, liquid multivitamins that includes everything we need plus more. One cherry-flavored capful and it's done. I also take Oasis Liquid Calcium, tastes wonderful. I do use the chewable Iron from Bariatric Advantage and the Liquid B-12 from GNC.  I tried some of the chewables, they were okay, but the liquid one-stop serves my busy schedule best.

All of the above vitamin referrals came from a very good friend who had WLS 10 years ago. She a veteran who has maintained a 150 lb weight loss.  Blessings, meochie

Bariatric Advantage, especially the Cherry Calcium Citrate.  Yummy.  My husband saw me chewing on them yesterday and asked what I was eating.  When I told him it was a vitamin he started laughing.  Guess I am kind of desperate.  Have not had any solid food in over 2 weeks!
