Do you use Chike?
I tried mixing with water but that made it taste "funny". So then I went back to mixing with FF Lactaid. Sometimes I'll do 75% milk and the res****er. Surprisingly though, my taste buds changed like 3 weeks ago so I can't do the protein shakes all willy-nilly like I used to. I either mix it in yogurt or oatmeal OR alternate between brands (Chike, 4ever Fit Tropical Mango, and Inspire Peanut Butter Cookie).
I usually just mix my Chike with cold water, but sometimes I mix it with skim milk, light soy milk or almond milk just to change things up. If I want to really change things up, I throw Chike in the blender for a smoothie. For example, sometimes I blend Strawberry Chike with fresh or frozen strawberries, ice & water or skim milk.
Every flavor of Chike is surprisingly good with cold water (perfect & convenient for traveling or meals on the run). If you're worried you won't like it, you can always try just mixing half of your sample with water at first. Then you can try another liquid if you like. For the record, I've never mixed another protein powder with jus****er & was skeptical before I tried Chike in water.
