Syntha 6 protein powders

I just bought a tub of this for about $30.  This is by far the best tasting shake I have tried thus far...I tried chocolate milkshake but they had several other flavors.  This seems to be better quality than some of the stuff I've seen at walmart.  I'm just wondering if anyone else has used it and what your thoughts are on it.  I just started using these (one a day) and my weight loss has sped up a bit over the last couple of days, but no idea if it's related to the shake or not, but I know upping my protein has to be a help.

What I read in a review online was that this is an extended release protein supplement and that was a red flag because I know we can't take extended release meds after surgery.  This stuff is good, so I am hoping that it's good for me to use.  I will ask my Dr next week, just wanted some opinions from around here while I wait.

Where do you get it? I wouldn't mind trying some, I'm in the finding a new protein stage :). Honestly ,and don't get offended anyone but I didn't like click that much, it seemed to be too thick for me.

Sorry you don't like CLICK.  I adore that stuff...I make a wicked cafe mocha with it.
I get my Syntha-6 at GNC.  I have the card that you can use the first week of the month which helps on the savings, plus sometimes they run it on sale as well.  I've also seen it in other Vitamin/Nutrition stores too.

I get it at Vitacost.com.   It's cheaper than GNC.   I mix the moccachino with cold coffee and ice cubes in the blender.   It's delicious.   I add a little of the chocolate milk shake to it to give it a more chocolately taste.    I didn't care for the chocolate mint flavor as much.

I use this as well. I mix it with water and love the taste. I get mine at GNC. The last time i bought it there was a buy one get one half off. I bought a 5 pound container for 65, got the second for 32.5 and then there was 20% off with the GNC gold card so it was like 78 for 10 pounds. And gnc will let you exchange it if you do not like it so there is no risk in buying it since we are all different you may not like it.  Good luck !!

I love this protein...I used it for losing weight and also when I work out.  I have tried a lot of protein powders and none tasted good with just adding water.  This one is so creamy with jus****er and I also add ice cubes.  I find the tastes is best when cold.  eat stuff

I love it.  However, I now use it's less calorie version, "Lean Dessert".  It's the syntha-6 with less calories.

This is the BEST to use for your protein if you don't have a blender available...

I found Syntha 6 about 10 months ago at my local Vitamin World. I know here in Texas the local Heb stores  also carry it.   I to have a card for vitamin world which helps on the cost at times.  I still use it and love the stuff. No gritty after taste. I love the mocachinno flavor.  I have also tried the strawberry and cookies and cream. Oh and the chocolate mint flavor.

Good luck with your journey and keep everyone posted.
