Hi, 

Just wanted to remind you of our special speakers for our next meeting.  This will be great for any of you who suffer from food addictions.  There will be four folks sharing their stories and about recovery.  We will also have water and a small snack.  If you wish to bring some to share, you are welcome to do so.  The meeting will be from 7pm-8:15pm.

Also, this may be a little premature for some of you but I have ordered the Zumba DVDs.  These are set up for different levels of exercise/dance to Latin tunes.  I eventually want to have a time we all can dance and workout.

I'm part of the etc (McKean).   Do you get a pretty decent turn out at your meetings Paula?  Keep me posted if you have a separate email list in regard to the Zumba dance sessions.  I don't always log on to see the posts from you.

 Sounds like fun to me, the more the merrier.  I can let my friends in McKean County know.  It's a short drive to Coudy, in the big scheme of things....

I sure will.  I will have to research locations and audio/visual equipment available so it will be a little while.  I don't know how long it will take to get the DVDs either.

Yea, I have four strong.  Hopefully, it will grow but you know how it goes.  I am expanding my invites to other counties as you can see.
 

 

hi im from emporium, my sister and I are interested in comming to the meeting i had my surgery, on march 16th and im doing great, she is still pre-op and would like to get more info she is having the lap-band, I had the bypass, just wondering when you guys get together, and what time?
