Ok kid curves and running here and there.  Water is in 80oz.

B:  Late chille cheese and lite ham omelet with mushrooms also...one biscuit

L:  My DH wanted a protein fruit shake...I did for him and drank a bit probably about 10gms of protein only.

D:  Early  chicken green beans and 1/2 yam

S:  tortilla chips and i made homemade salsa  ,,we are having people over to our campfire tonight and they are bringing stuff.  So not sure of the rest of the day but at least one glass of wine.

Breakfast- Fake Capp Latte 90 cal 23 grms protein
Lunch- Soup 150 cal 4 grms protein
Snack- Fake protein coffee 90 call 23 grams protein
Dinner= Poached egg with 2 tablespoon mashed potato  120 cal 6 grms protein
Snack-Broiled Cod 120 cal 12 grams protein

570 calories 68 grams protein

Getting a 2 hour massage

Hi there So I planned well today and things worked out better than I thought. I've been taking my lunch since returning to work after my surgery and I feel more in control. I never used to pack my own lunch... hardly ever.

B: slice of toast with laughing cow light swiss, 2 turkey sausage links
S: 10 slices of turkey pepperoni, frigo light cheese stick
L: small salad with a little chicken breast
S: 1/2 protein drink w/coffee. Popsicle no sugar added!! provided by our management team. (can't believe they actually got something that I could have, it was awesome)
D: 1/3 trader joe's salmon burger with greek yogurt dip, a couple bites of green beans, 3 flax seed tortilla chips with hummus.

So far, 671 cal, 30 fat, 36 carb, 66 protein. Stopped by Trader Joe's on my way home from work... can you tell? I was going to go swimming tonight but my son had a friend over and I played good mother and made dinner for everyone.
I know you believe you understand what you think I said, but I'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.   24lbs lost pre-surgery. I'm 5'2.
