WETEOs Whatcha' Eating Today Everyone
Hey There Weteos -
Hope you had a fabulous day. I did a 30 minute walk with a co-worker at the office. Morale in our company is at an all time low and she needed to vent. So instead of just meeting at lunch, we go for sanity walks. After work I did 45 minutes on the elliptical (burned 425 calories). I may do some arm free weights later tonight when I watch TV.
I am starting to record my water to see how much I am getting in on a daily basis - I am already at 61 oz water, 8 oz diet soda and 14 oz of decaf coffee. My food totals are right where I want them today also. I am still working on dinner right now and I already "budgeted" for the shrimp ****tail later this evening if I am still hungry.
So what news do you have to share today?

Hi Nancy and everyone! Had to wake up at 3:30 this morning for work, so my schedule is off. I am off tomorrow, so I will spend the day swimming. Looking forward to it. :)

well this is it for today. might have a rice cake later. it looks like so much food when i break it all down. i wish i would be able to tolerate chicken again. i use to love it then all of a sudden its killing my pouch. oh well, back on the cottage cheese and greek yogurt kick again!
Mondays aren't my fav day, but got through it and it was a beautiful day, much cooler than it has been. Can definitely tell lthat summer is on its way out!!!! Fall is my time of the year!
My goal this week is to drop a few lbs by sticking to 3 meals a day and only 1 snack (if any). I have been eating too many snacks so I need to break the cycle.
