Okay, okay, I give up. Since this is clearly the response you really, REALLY want, regardless of what anyone else says . . .GO FOR IT, KAREN! SHOOT YOURSELF WITH THAT CRAP AND STARVE YOUR SELF! Woo hoooo! You go girl!

I am not really understanding how this can be safe, I had to take fertility meds to get pregnant my first time around, and the Endo doc that I saw made me read ever piece of information he had on the fact that using the meds increased my risk of several different kinds of cancer. Even just one months worth of meds (and they where only taken in small doses over two weeks of my cycle) How is this any different? Just not worth the risk to me.
It is fairly safe. The only side effects are hair loss (probably due to rapid weight loss) and low blood sugar. I was pretty surprised that Dr Oz didn't tra****
It is not advised for people who are prone to certain kinds of cancers and people who are prone to gout.
Actually I have taken HCG before for fertility but this treatment is a much, much lower dose.

I did actually try this diet and lost about 80 pounds in six months. However, I also turned back around and regained that weight and a little extra because... drum roll please... diets do not work.
I had RNY about two years after regaining all the weight and so far I'm maintaining with no problem because I now have the tool(s) necessary to maintain.
Pretty much anyone can lose weight on a diet, but keeping it off is where it gets difficult, and this diet is no different.
Question you may want to ask yourself is why would this diet be anymore successful than any others you have tried? Have you not lost pounds on other diets? I know I lost pounds on every single diet I ever tried, all gazillion of them, but I was never able to actually keep the weight off.
So, to answer your question, yes, this diet does work, but unless you are totally committed to actually adopting a healthy lifestyle, then this diet is just another waste of money and effort.
Wishing you much success in your journey!!

No, I cannot lose weight on any diet. The only time I have lost is with RNY. And guess what, drum roll please, you will eventually gain weight after RNY. And, if you don't try to get it off you very well might gain it all back.
Did you follow the regiment of weighing yourself every day and having a 'steak day' if you were more than two pounds over your lowest weight? I think this is a good idea for maintaining weight regardless.
80 pounds in six months is really good results.

I have a special incantation I can say for you, and if you pay me $500/week for one whole year, and eat only 500 calories a day, you will lose a ton of weight.
Also, I will finally be able to afford that cruise I have always wanted to take with my husband.
If you are willing to pay me in advance, I will recite my special incantations for you. But you must agree to only consume 500 calories a day, or it will not work.
If you do this, we will both achieve our goals.
PM me.
