I find the GNC Amplified Wheybolic Extreme to be tolerable. However, I don't use the three-scoop 60 gram portion at one time. I only use one scoop at a time for 20 grams. It's nice and thin, the vanilla is mild tasting with minimal aftertaste, and it shakes up easily in a small amount (3-4 oz.) of water so I can chug it and be done with it.

I use EAS powder (like chocolate better than vanilla)  found at Sams club.  It tastes like chocolate milk.  23 grams protein.  5 lbs bag-$29.99.

I like the EAS/Advantage chocolate shakes that are also availabel at Sam's.  I am not sure if there is a taste difference.

I use Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard. Comes in a ton of different flavors, doesn't have a nasty smell and I don't taste the protein in it at all. My favorite is Mocha Cappuccino. I also use Click espresso protein. But protein taste is different for each person. How many have you tried? Have you gotten samples from vitalady.com? She has so many you can try for about $1.99 each.

Atkins Advantage Drinks.....pre-mixed and ready to use. I like the Milk Chocolate the best myself. Wal-mart and many grocery stores have it. Wal-mart may have the 6 pack for the price of the 4 pack right now. I'm not talking about a 6 pack of "BUD" !!!!

Pure Protein RTD shakes are my favorite.  I'm not a big fan of powders, so these do the trick for me.  They have 35g of protein and around 160 calories per can, so you get more protein for the calories than something like the Atkins Advantage shakes.  I like almost all the flavors, especially cookies 'n cream and banana.  You can get them at Trader Joe's or online.  I have also found them at GNC (sometimes).  Target carries a variety of them that only have 23g of protein (and fewer calories) for pretty cheap as well.

Champion Pure Whey Stack in Chocolate is the only powder I've found tolerable.  Here's a link to the best protein shake recipe ever!

with much help on the forum here... I have chosen thte Atkins Pre-Made Milk Chocolate. A friend turned me onto a "Blender Bottle" and I add a small amount of crushed ice my drink and the little metal strainer ball, shake it and it comes out like a frothy milk shake and I love them...

This is coming from a woman who spent $410 Bucks on different kinds of shakes from every link and website to liking what was at Wal Mart LOL... :)

Good luck!!
