MRP's are baby poop, so read carefully that you are getting protein and not MRP.

Here's my faves:

Any of these are what I use:

1.) Gaspari Myofusion double chocolate or chocolate peanut butter OR a combo
of those 2 with 6-8 oz water + about 1/2 **** I use a Magic Bullet or a
hand blender. Full sized blenders double the size of my drink and make me
burp too much! Using this method, I get a thicker or thinner Wendy's Frosty
type drink, depending on the ice/water ratio
2.) Champion Pure Whey Stack choco + 6-8 oz water, shaken.
3.) IDS vanilla-cinnamon + "glop" of DaVinci sugar free caramel sauce + 8 oz
water + ice, blended.
4.) the PWS chco + the van-cin (50/50) in about 10 oz ho****er, stirred or
hand blender.

They deliver 30g protein, less than 3g sugar, less than 200 calories, when
made with water.

Lately I've been adding a shake of cinnamon to my hot ones since cinnamon
fights belly fat.

P.S.  My year + long absence has NOTHING to do with my WLS, or my type of WLS. See my profile.

Vitamin Shop Whey Protein - Strawberry flavor - mixed with 8 oz of milk in a shaker cup, not blender.  It's taken me one full year and a lot of wasted money to find this gem.

I just gave away a case of assorted Isopure fruit drinks that everybody raves about - yick; and one tub of vanilla yuck yuck - to a friend's husband that had a lap band.  I told him to toss in the garbage if he doesn't like them.

My pantry is full of packets of this and tubs of that.

The Atkins ready-made are ok too - chocolate.  But I actually like the strawberry one above and enjoy it versus only being able to drink it without gagging.

I like the EAS/Advantage chocolate and vanilla shakes.  I have some powders but i won't mess with them, too powdery for me and they taste like baby poop!!!

Oh man do I remember those days!!

SEI from eggfaces website... I emailed the gal who makes the powder, she sent me 4 samples for 5 bucks - shipping is included. Do a search for my post on this. If you're really nice in the email she'll send ya 4, usually only sends 3. She's REALLY a sweetheart and she's one of us. (post op)

I got the vanilla so I can add other flavors to it.

Premiere protein RTD at costco vanilla is good to me.

Cappuchino (sp) nectar to go is good too.

I end up using 1 scoop of SEI vanilla and add 1 scoop of click and 1 instant hazelnut coffee to my morning shake...works for me.

Best luck in your search...finding one you love is well worth the time and money.

I have wasted enough of my life worrying about what people think of me.
