days revolving around vites/protein?

Not really.  I had the sleeve and my surgeon only requires me to take a daily vitamin, vitamin D and calcium citrate.   As far as protein is concerned, I love meat (I guess PETA won't be calling me anytime soon for endorsements), so that is NOT a problem

Hi Casey

In the beginning yes it feels like that but it doesn't take long before you adapt to your new life.

I eat 3 meals a day and take my vitamins with each meal-other then my iron which I take right before bedtime.  I drink one protein shake in the evenings and make my meals with as much protein as I can and that's just normal for me now and not really something I think about much.

Not even close. It's a chore initially, but once you're healed and into a routine, it's just normal. I take vitamins 4 times a day. I can't tell you the exact number of pills I take because it doesn't matter - I just take 2 gulps of pills per dose (pre-op, I always swallowed pills one at a time and never even considered trying to take multiple at a time; I've seen the light!).

As for protein, I now do a 1.5-strength shake in the morning, and that gives me more than 30 grams of protein. The rest I can now get from food, but when I couldn't eat that much, I just did 2 shakes a day (still do, sometimes, since there are some I truly enjoy).

You'll get it. It may seem overwhelming at first, but it just becomes as routine a part of life as brushing your teeth.
