HELP! 4 days postop

 THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR ADVICE.  I DID GET A PACKET GOING INTO DETAIL INSTRUCTIONS I JUST FAILED TO FIND THEM AFTER GETTING HOME FROM THE HOSPITAL THURSDAY AND GOING INTO THE WEEKEND I WAS AT A LOST. THANK GOD FOR THIS WEBSITE!

Hi... My Dr. had me drinking Protinex during the clear liquid stage. If you're not allowed shakes yet I would look into getting that since the protein is what helps our bodies heal faster after surgery.
