Bad news... your shoe size can change after you loose all the weight... mine did...I went from 10-10.5 to 9.5.

I really hope your shoe size doesnt change after an outlay like that!  I actually dropped from a 9W to a 7.5 when I lost all my weight.. I guess even my feet were fat!

I am still loving life with my sleeve! Been maintaining at or below goal for over 4 years!

My shoe size has changed over the years.   I remember I was a 9.5 wide in college.  Then I gained a bunch of weight over the years and got up to an 11 wide, but by then I was only wearing Birkenstocks, size 41-42 European size.  Now I'm down to a 10.5 wide.  Geez, I had a LOT of Brikenstocks and I can't wear most of them now.  I have all the sandals tightened to the last knotch on the buckles and they're still loose.

Okay, but shoes are useless if they hurt my feet to wear them. I own less than 6 pair and wear about two of them regularly. Maybe I am a mutant?

I'm with you.

I am barefoot or in flip flops...I can't stand uncomfortable shoes

#1 Rule--shoes must be comfortable.  I've found MANY (too many in my husband's words) comfortable high heels.....and I love them all, and I wear them all!

For some reason everyone thinks I'm shorter since I lost weight (I'm exactly 5 ft 5 inches just as I was before surgery) so I love puttin on the big girl shoes and taking it up another 4 or so inches!!

Here's one of my faves
