"I May Not Be Where I Want to Be, but I'm Not Where I Use To Be!"
Hi Mag,
Thanks for your encouragement!!! Are you exercising regularly now that your weight lose has slowed down some? Congrats on 100 plus pounds you have already lost!! Once the honeymoon is over the hard work begins and you can do it. Please take full advantage of the honeymoon period my dear. Don't push the envelope and move as much as you can. Holler back on the activity.

Exercise. Thought it was an evil word for most of my adult life. I was in bad shape when I started this journey. I needed to get my cardiologist's OK before I could get my surgery scheduled. She said she was glad I was doing this now because I'd be dead in 2 years or less without it. Started out taking short walks around the house with my walker. Moved up to PT twice a week with strengthening exercises. Now just started 3 times/week at PT. Did some abds and gluts today. I was so thrilled. I have home exercises to do that are too easy. I don't use the electric carts in smaller stores but still use it for Walmart and the likes. I know I'm not doing as much as I could. I'll make the effort to increase my exercise on days I'm not at PT. I'm sure it will bring rewards. Thanks for the good advice. Mag
You've done AMAZING!!!!!! it's such an inspiration to see your story and helps remind me that I still have a long way to go but I need to focus on where I've been and how far I've come! So proud of you!!
