i cannot figure out how to post a display picture

 I have tried to crop pictures to make them smaller but nothing works. I guess I am stuck with a name but no face! any suggestions? i am using a macbook pro.

Make sure you put 100 in the size. It defaults to 200 and that's too big for OH.
Right click on one of the 3 photos and save to your computer.
Then you should be able to go to Your OH and upload the avatar.

I cannot figure this out either.  I tried using the avatar site, but it just leaves the spaces blank when I hit "Resize".  I'm trying to load a pic. that I downloaded from FB.  Could that be the problem?

 i don't think so! i got mine to work after i used the site ^^ & it's fine! looks like you got yours fixed as well!
