Didn't see the WETEO thread, so let's get this party started!  Had a very productive day!  Won another HUD bid, so had to work hard on a contract to overnight in the morning!  Got a closing Wednesday in Atlanta, then I'm headed to Panama City Beach Friday for a much needed vacation with family and friends!  So working forward to it!  Seven days of sun, fun and DA BEACH! Woohoo!

Eats:

B:  4 oz. baked salmon, carbmaster yogurt

L:  rotiesierre chicken

S:  5 animal crackers

D:  7 oz. sirloin steak

Totals:  984 calories, 35 carbs, 33 fat, 129 protein

Ooooh Panama City sounds wonderful!! I am 1 week out today and trying to get in more calories to see how it affects my loss.

Breakfast:
4 oz. milk
1 scoop Nectar cappuccino protein powder
2 capfuls SF Torani hazelnut syrup

Lunch:
1/2 cup pizza soup

Dinner:
Protein ice cream made with 6 oz. milk, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 1/2 scoop Unjury vanilla protein powder, 1 scoop Total Soy chocolate protein powder, topped with a gloop of SF cool whip

Snack:
2 SF Baskin Robbins mango delight hard candies (yummmmmm!!!!!)

Fat: 34

Hey Tiffany,

So glad you are doing so well after just one week!  You are sure rocking the proteins!  How do you feel sweetie???? Just wait ..... you'll be on top of the world really soon.  It takes about 3 months to start back feeling normal again, but SO SO WORTH IT.  I can't believe that it's been almost 2 years for me!  It has flown by.  172 are gone and now I can't even imagine having had to carry around all that extra weight. Life is good!

Thanks!! I feel great! Haven't had any problems at all, thank God!! I am really looking forward to when I'm completely healed and feeling on top of the world! HEHE 172 lbs is awesome!! way to go!! and you're rockin those proteins too!! woooo

B: 1-1/2 egg
2 slices bacon

L: reduced sugar oatmeal
1/2c milk

30g protien drink

D: 1 pepperette
1 wedge low fat laughing cow cheese
30g unsalted cashews

Hey Michelle!

I just love those cashews!!!!!!!!! The only problem I have with them is that I have a hard time stopping with just a few!!!! lol
