L:  1 pepperette
      40g cashew
      wedge laugh cow cheese

D:  1 egg
       20g montery jack cheese
       1/8c cut red bell pepper

Hello hello!! Had my 1 week post op appt today, everything is going great!!

Breakfast:
1/2 cup Fage 0% Greek yogurt with 2 tbsp SF raspberry preserves and 1 capful SF Torani raspberry syrup

Lunch:
1/2 cup pizza soup with turkey pepperoni added

Supper:
Protein ice cream made with 4 oz. 1% milk, 1 scoop Unjury vanilla protein powder, 1/8 cup pumpkin puree, topped with a gloop of SF cool whip

Snack:
2 packets Special K pink lemonade protein water mixed with 2 packets Wylers light cool raspberry mix

Calories: 640
Carbs: 60
Fat: 16
Protein: 71

Got cleared to start exercising today, so I walked on the treadmill for 10 minutes! Gotta start somewhere right?? Haha and I get to go back to work tomorrow!!!! How sad is it that even while I was recovering from surgery and on paid vacation, I'm checking my emails and voicemails and I even went up to my office today to tell them I get to go back tomorrow?! Haha

Hi!  Thanks for filling in on my 2 day haitus.  I'm back. :)

Early: Protein Shake - BSN Lean Dessert (Banana Creme Pudding), 2T PB2, 3/4c unsweetened almond mil****

B: 2 scrambled eggs, 2T shredded cheddar jack cheese, 1/4c salsa, 2T 0% plain greek yogurt

S: 1/2c Sensato Flax Hot Cereal (Apple Cinnamon), 1/2c unsweetened almond milk, sprinkle of cinnamon

L: Greek Salad - spinach, red beets, red onions, peperoncini, lots of feta cheese, LF greek vinagrette

S: Small banana cut lengthwise with 2T Better'n'Peanut Butter on top and a drizzle of SF Honey

D: 3.5oz Blackened Mahi-Mahi, 2T mashed avocado, 2T shredded cheddar jack, 2T salsa, 1T 0% plain greek yogurt

Dessert: 6 fresh strawberries with a squeeze of lemon and 1 sweet-n-low, dollop of whipped cream

Hey yaw'll .... ! Had an awesome date tonight!  Mexican food and a walk in the park!  Woohoo!

B:  2 eggs, 4 oz. sirloin steak

L:  4 oz. chicken breast

D:  A few tortillas, guacamole dip, burrito, a few lite beers

Holland here! A good day tuesday. all day at work.

B: 2 cups of pu ehr tea (diuretic) with my supplements, later: 1 carbrite protein bar

l: salad of lettuce, onion, cherry tomatoes, soft goat's cheese, corn and salad dressing

s: 3 protein mini muffins from eggface (38 cals each 3 grams prot each) Tropical flavour ;-)

d: same salad leftovers

s: fluff stuff from eggface (jello powder with greek yoghurt en chunks of pineapple)

s: some bites of chocolate cake

except for the latter, not bad at al and about 800 cals (the day before was at almost 2000 so needed that!)
