Up the protein, decrease the carbs.  Calories look about right for someone at 3 months.

You are doing fine, and stalls can happen.  Are you exercising????

the issue with the carbs is i use beans as a protein source(with cheese so its a complete protein) and beans have carbs. also the milk i mix the protein powder in is where most of the carbs come from. i have not started moving my butt more than 2 days a week which could be the problem also.
i need to add more dense meat protein!

My best veteran advice:  Stay off the scale!!!  It will only drive you crazy....  Just keep following your eating program and exercising of some sort and you'll be just fine...  You've done great so far...

Those are good carbs, so you are doing okay food wise.  Put the scale away and get the exercise going....6 days a week mixing cardio and weight training.  You'll be amazed at how healthy it will make you and how much better you'll look.

You are doing great!

Eat more protein and increase both your caloric intake and your activity level.
