WETEO'S (Whatcha Eating Today Everyone)???
Happy Sunday!!!! What a weekend I've had! Went to a rodeo Friday night and spent yesterday with Daughter celebrating her birthday, then went to a class reunion which was great fun!!!!
Eats:
B: 2/3 c. lowfat cottage cheese with 2 oz. sugarfree diced peaches
L: 3 oz. baked chicken, 4 saltines, 1/2 T. peanut butter, 1/2 T. pimento cheese spread
D: Mexican fiesta (lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cheese, 1.5 oz. ground beef, 1.5 oz. chicken, a few tortilla chips, 2 bites of daughter's birthday cake!

Ehhh wekkend was ok, more lazy and HOT than anything.
B: 1 boiled egg and a cup of decaf coffee with S.sub and SF creamer (vanilla)
L: turkey sandwich (w/o bread), 1/2 cup steamed spinach, crystal light
Supper: Chicken breast, seared with onions, and brussels in a light sauce.
This heat is kicking my big butt, I do not feel like eating so most of the time I am sucking down liquids to stay hydrated.
