I posted this pic on the VSG forum also...

This is me wearing the same shirt today as I wore 14 mths ago when I had surgery.

On the left..me right before surgery..354 lbs..size 32 jean.

On the right..me today..210 lbs (so far) and a size 16 jean.

My BMI was 58.9 before surgery. I am off my med's for Type 2 Diabetes and for high blood pressure. I feel awesome and can do so many things I couldn't just a year ago.

This hopefully will help inspire someone!!
