I'm here!!

I picked the wrong week to get back on track.  Sunburn from Saturday,2 cold sores popped up yesterday (due to stress), and started a new job last week (while still continuing in my old one). Ugghh!

Breakfast: 12oz hot CLICK (mocha)
Snack - 12oz hot tea w/Splenda & 2 hardboiled eggs
Lunch - 1/4c applesauce and a can of chicken/rice/veggie soup
Snack - 1 can Slimfast shake
Snack - 20 pistachios
Snack - 12oz hot CLICK (vanilla)
Dinner - planned - peas and 3oz pot roast, couple bites of mashed potatoes

I pick up my new puppy Friday. I'm so excited! She's a boxer/ shepherd/ Doberman mix & is absolutely adorable :)

B- 24 ounce almond roca protein coffee

L- Jack link teriyaki beef steak 1oz

D- 3 oz jerk chicken and black soy bean mixed salad

S- Chocolate almond butter protein smoothie

 at the beach....eating every 2-3 hours or so:

Click protein with 1 c almond milk

1/2 c spaghetti squash with tomatoes/black olives/feta cheese

1/2 c spaghetti squash concoction

1 serving size hummus, sliced red pepper

rest of spaghetti squash abt 1/2 c

1 chicken leg, 1 chicken wing


iced tea, 2 iced coffees, lots of Crystal Lite in between!

Sorry u r feeling sad Peach...Hope tomorrow is a better day.
I have been doing the Ideal Protein Plan for 3 weeks now and have lost another 14 lbs...finding it quite easy to follow but we will see once I start maintenance.
Today it was IP Crispy Cereal for breakfast
                    IP Cinnamon Crunch Bar and mashed turnips for Lunch
                    6 oz Herb & Garlic salmon - Cooked cabbage & broccoli -                    pepper, onion and cucumber salad with Walden Farms Italian dressing for dinner and then an IP Milk Chocolate pudding for a snack a little later.
Just over 2 years out and still trying to get to goal.

 can you tell me about this Ideal Protein Plan?? 14lbs in 3 weeks is awesome. Im almost 6 years out and still trying to get to goal!!

This is my daily routine since last two weeks.

B - 20 eggs benidict on a mexican rye bun with a dash of hondourian lemon squash

L - Shrimp pan seared, topped with thai Green Peppercorn OR Curry Sauce

D - Pate Maison: House Pate of Pork with Crudites and Toast Points
