Pushed it!!

I had a late appointment for work tonightand when I get home I knew I had to get dinner in and still a large amount of protien.  So I made a small salad with romaine lettuce, peppers, pepperoncini, beetss and light raspberry dressing with 25 g of ham.  I had a bottle of vitamin water half hour after eating.  Then just about a half hour ago I made a cup of chai protien...I feel awful!!  I don't think I'll be eating the rest of the week....Not dumping but my pouch is really hurting.  I just hope I didn't do any damage to it.

You think maybe it was the salad and pepers, I know many people have issues with raw veggies....I always hear raw baby carrots are like the devil...lol

Hopefully you didn't do any damage.

A suggestion...next time drink the vitamin water and the chai tea while you fix the dinner. Liquids go right through you so your pouch would be able to have room for the dinner.

If I need to get in protein,I would eat more of the protein source(ham) and leave off the salad and veggies,which are really  pretty non nutritive items. Did you check the amount of sugar in the dressing? Maybe your plan doesn't call for watching it,but it i something I could not eat and still lose.
