Should I be worried that I cant find my surgeon on here?
I have Kaiser Permanente insurance and she was just hired. I believe shes been doing this elsewhere but I cant find any info on her. I met her she is a nice enough lady...lol

No. Listing here is strictly voluntary on part of the doctor. This is a slightly enhanced version of Yellow Pages for surgeons. You should pick your surgeon by his/her education, years performing surgery, reputation, and many many more factors. Mine is listed here, but that was the very least of my criteria for picking him.

And that they do at least 125 surgeries a year. That's for the whole hospital not for each surgeon.
I think going to someone who could be a COE if they wanted to (even if they haven't actually done it) is a good idea because that means you should get a certain basic level of care. But my own standards were a bit higher than that.
