Sweet Jesus, these people are incompetent

On with Bethesda in MD because they seem to have lost my EKG.  Just like my PCP  has lost my authorization for a GI consult. 

In the old days they used to store them in electronic form. Can't believe they can't get another copy. The ECG technicians know this.

Yeah, everyone I've been talking to just act like everyting is too much bother.  Still, last I heard, both offices finally found what they lost and I know the PCP has faxed over my authorization to the GI specialist.   I'm just waiting to hear from the Bariatric office that they have received EKG fax from medical records at Bethesda.  The old lady said she was going to do it right away, but I still haven't heard anything. 

I'm just hoping at this point.....

dunno, my yin and yang seem out of whack.  The bookstore even lost my textbook and they said they would overnight it but I still don't see an e-mail with a tracking number so I probably need to call them back tomorrow.

On WLS, they were finally resolved later today.  Talked to a lot of people and chased them up and now everything is where it's supposed to be....for now at least.
