FIVE WEEKS POST SURGERY

I had my regular appt with the surgeon yesterday and was THRILLED that I have lost 42 pounds so far.  But the BIGGIE was that he took me OFF the diabetes meds! One less pill to take! I am thrilled.  The other thing I am amazed with is the amount of energy I have.  Before the surgery, I couldn't walk from my car..up my porch steps..and into my house without gasping for breath.  Today, I walked a block over, four blocks up and then back..UP my steps and I was NOT winded at all! Sometimes I feel so much energy in the evenings that I have trouble settling down to go to sleep.  It is just an amazing transformation already!  Onward and Upward!!

 May I ask, how old you are? I had my surgery a week before you and I've only lost 31 lbs. Can you tell me what your ritual is?
