Hello,
I live in Vegas.  You might want to Google WLS Doctors in Las Vegas.  I know my doc sells them in his office as do a few others so you might have some luck looking there. My doc phone number is 702-463-3300 or try 702-384-8446. you can email me [email protected] for any more questions.  Like what are you looking for?  I think I will be more help if I knew what you wanted.
Good luck... Shana

Great ideas from everyone but the best was,. go on oh forum for Nevada, lots of great people there, and I met Shawna when I was in Vegas last year for the conference of OAC.....if you hook up with one of them, maybe you could get a order delievered to one of them from Netrition or anothere one and you could pick up when you get to vegas, Netrition has a flat rate shipping o****  no matter how much you order...........it is a shame you guys won't be there in May, they are having a big meet and greet with OAC in May, at  Balleys..........I hope to get there this year...wonderful speakers and great people...........................have a nice time....

I would suggest making orders through a US friend and just picking them all UP when you're here.  Most stores will not have all you want in ONE PLACE.  Bariatric "stores" don't really exist IR, well, they do, but are usually small, or limited in scope -- not sure if you'll find a mega WLS shop in Vegas.  ;)

LMAO wouldn't that be fun: a special supersize WLS shop with everything you can think of, from proteins, to supplements, to sugarfree stuff, to tiny sexy clothing to...ehm... what else can we possibly need?

You have tested many products, do you have any recommendations for stuff I should definately try when i am there?

I already know the celebrate and BA products, Calcet is my favourite. From american protein bars I tried Oh Yeah wafers, carbrite and Chocolite and love them all.

I wonder if you could have them shipped to your hotel if you called the hotel first to arrange it

THANKS for thinking with me guys! will def try the hotel and also go to the Nevada board; het it might be fun to meet people! shame eggface lives so far away, she is my icon LOL

main thing I am looking for is Calcet Creamy bites! Just got a package with 4 boxes from my friend with some other vits, jello, syrups and kids treats, shipping 85 $ EEEEK!

so want to stuff one suitcase full with calcets, syrups, hjellos, drink sticks, PB2 (another thing i want!) and sugarfree  low carb treats and oh yeah bars and...and...and...

hmmm also need to leave room for clothes shopping, rats!

Another thing I just wanted to mention.  Although I do eat a protein bar every day, that is the only "bariatric" type of food I use.  I just make sure I eat sensibly and don't do too much sugar or fat.  At 4-1/2 years out I still get nauseous or "dump" if I eat more than one tsp sugar per seving or if food has too high level of fat.

If you focus on your protein, then fresh vegetables or fruits and avoid the buffet dessert lines, you should be fine.  In fact, you probably should not do the buffets at all.  They offer too much temptation, you can't tell what is in the food you are eating, and if you are like me, you eat too little to make it worth the price.

focus on regular restaurants, check out appetizers with a side salad and treat yourself to new clothing instead of all of these supplementary snacks that you don't really need in the first place.  Just saying that for me getting past the idea of having treats was the biggest hurdle but the one that made my success happen!
This too will pass, like a kidney stone but it will pass!
