This is something that we have NOT played in quite sometime. SMET stands for So Much Easier To..... since our WLS. Here goes......It is SO much easier to
Walk, run, tie my shoes, paint my toe nails, bend over and pick something up, fit into a booth, bathroom stall...etc. So much easier to buy clothes that look decent on me, get in and out of my car, get comfortable in my bed, get up and down off furniture....etc. I will stop here. So Much Easier To get dressed in the morning or for a party ! I used to have to try ten outfits on to find a flattering one ..., now I can wear anything .. run in , change ,and run back out confidently ...
so much easier to breathe .. to not get winded , to finish big , difficult projects .. even to hold my tongue and NOT complain..

Stay dry. Seriously, I can now jog to my car when it is raining and not arrive there soaked through.
And my other favorite - shave. I used to wear pants all winter just to avoid the awkward shaving dance in the shower, Now I'm silky smooth!

So much easier to do everything! Wheee!!! Find clothes I like, be healthy, run my 5 miles, feel good, feel confident, live without self consciousness, look at photos of myself, sit in tiny airplane seats etc. etc. etc. Traveling is so much more fun- I'm going to New Zealand for the month of January and am looking forward to swimming with the dolphins baggy skin and all!

You guys and gals are best, Its so much easier to wrap a towel around me.It is so much easier to be picked up by husband.its so much easier to shop for my meals,before I was shopping for what everyone wanted now I shop for just me.If they dont like it they must prepare a meal for them self.
