Well, time sure has flown! I celebrated my 5 year surgiversary in August this year. I've maintained most of my 210 pound weight loss. I am up about 25 pounds but seem to have a handle on that. We all know what it takes....just means getting off your butt and doing it, right??? LOL

SO, just wanted to take a chance to say HEY! And, I wanted to let you all know that despite my lack of a presence here, I am still alive and kicking!!

It is very true that WLS is only a tool and we have to know how to use it....from day one! I know that my tool still works and I know that if I get up and move and watch what I eat (like any normal person does!), that I can lose that 20 or so pounds that I would like to!
