Mine went up 5 pounds during the holidays this time. I decided I was going to enjoy food this year and not worry about it. So I enjoyed all the holiday stuff..............and went on an ice cream binge too! Now it's back to real life...........and that horrible four letter word. Got the 5 pounds back off. Now is I can just block the ice cream isle out of my mind on my shopping days I'll be ok, lol.

Lol. You know that wasn't what I intended when I made the post, but you do have a point there! ;-)

I have been one of the lucky ones to reach goal, and I try to stay a little under for breathing room.

I work hard at maintenance, with a structure and a plan I follow 95% of the time. So far, and I'm still comparatively early in the game, I've been successful.

I am so grateful to my WLS for helping me get the weight off in the first place.

My surgeon made no goal other than to be healthy and follow the guidelines. I made a personal goal of being under 200 since I have never been that since probably 6th grade or so. I actually feel pretty good where I am so anything less will be a bonus I will be happy with, although weighing less than my boyfriend would be nice LOL. He weights 210 so I got about 30 pounds to go.

My original goal was 180 and I have blown by that one by 9 lbs and when I got there I decided that I wanted to keep going and now my goal is 159, I am 12 lbs out and stalled out completely. I will get there eventually.
