Poll:Favorite cracker/topping?

Charile, I have been looking and looking for some recipes for ice cream toppings for a senior ice cream social planned for this weekend. Someone mentioned the fruit toppings with splenda (freezer jam). This is exactly what I was looking for also ... and guess what ... I just found some great information on the net that I think will help us out ... with our favorite jam/jelly/preserves/freezer jam recipes!!! Please let me know what you think!!! Pip....thanks for that link...I'm going to look at it. I might just make some this weekend too. We have a farmer's market on Saturdays....I always wait till just before its over to go....so I get some really good buys....I'm going to look for some strawberries.... You know there are sugar free toppings out there...not sure who makes them...I don't use anything with maltitol...but I've seen them...check in your local health food store...
