Have you tried:
turkey pepperoni,
lentils (I cook red lentils with a bit of chicken bouillion, salt and pepper).
imitation crab/lobster
quinoa - in flakes (like Cream of Wheat), or full grain as a rice replacement but higher protein
- searching the net for recipes that are high protein, wls friendly. There are numerous sites to pick from.
You can do this! You are coming up with excuses..most people have found discomfort from something they have tried to eat; experiment, move past any failed experiments and find harder proteins you can eat or you will defeat yourself...self sabotage!!!!!!
