Congratulations!

If you don't mind me asking, have you gained and lost a little here and there? And when you've found yourself having trouble, what have you done to get back on track?

What an inspiration for us.  Thank you so much for posting.

I'm headed for my 4 yr. surgiversary and every day is a struggle because I still have to work out very hard to stay where I want to be weight wise.  I was sort of hoping that after surgery I wouldn't have to workout so hard, but alas, it is still 1-3 hrs a day.  It is just that now I can see the difference and it is easier to stay at my goal weight.  I would like to get about 5-10 lbs off, but I'm don't want to work out harder so guess I'll be happy where I am.

Thank you again for the inspiration.
